Web Design Process

Web Design Process

Our Web Design Process Is Proven To Work. For You.

Step 1

Discovery

This web design process is all about information-gathering. This step is important for us to understand more about your business, competitors, your target market and customers, and the ultimate goal for your website.

To help us gather more information, you’ll be given a web design brief form to fill up.

Step 1

Step 2

Planning

Using the information we gathered in Step 1, we begin the planning phase of our website design which includes 3 basic tasks:

  1. SEO Strategy Review – this is only applicable if you’ve engaged us to do your SEO.
  2. Sitemap Creation – A sitemap is essentially an outline of the structure of the pages that will comprise the website.
  3. Content Review & Development – The last part of the website planning process includes an in-depth review of the website content.

Step 2

Step 3

Design and Development

Based on the goal you have stated in Step 1, the third step we design a mockup with the best layout to ensure that the main thing speaks the loudest and everything else compliments it.

Once you approve the site mockup, our designer will then translate it into actual codes that make the website works. This stage will take up the most time, probably up to 7 working-days.

Step 3

Step 4

Review and Testing

In this step, we add your contents to newly developed website and ensure that everything works properly and is as expected.

Testing every page and feature will turn up issues that need to be addressed before launch.

Step 4

Step 5

It’s Launch Time!

Once you approve all the contents, reviews and changes, we’re ready to show off your stunning website to the world!

This is where we do the “launch party dance.”

Step 5

Step 6

Maintenance

Ongoing website maintenance is important for the long-term health and success of your website. All our web design packages come with one year free version updates and upgrades of the core files and plugins, if any. After one year, there’ll be an optional $300/year (worth $700) software renewal fees to keep your CMS core files and plugins updated and upgraded to the latest version. Although this is not mandatory, we strongly encourage all clients to do so to keep their site healthy and minimise their risk of being hacked.
